Easy BBQ Chicken

I don't know about you, but sometimes I am just at a loss on what to make for dinner. I need something easy, that requires little brain work, so I can help the kids with homework, while answering calls, emails, laundry, dishes, breaking up fights... so I threw this little BBQ chicken together the other night, and it was delish!

BBQ Chicken

2 half boneless skinless chicken breasts

1 cup of brown sugar BBQ sauce (I used Kraft)

3/4 cup bread crumbs

1 tsp Grill Mates Smokehouse Maple seasoning

It's pretty explanatory. Sprinkle the bread crumbs on the chicken, cover with BBQ sauce, and sprinkle with seasoning. Place into pre-heated oven of 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. It must have been the combination for the brown sugar and smokehouse maple flavorings, but it was really tasty.

What ideas have you came up with in a pinch?

  2. Just dropping by to say "thank you" for taking the time to link up on my Bloglovin Blog Hop. I sincerely appreciate it.

Was a follower via GFC and Bloglovin. Now also following via Facebook and Instagram.

I also live in the Willamette Valley.....was a Portland-ite for many years, now living in Canby.

Your quote in the article above "breaking up fights" is perfection listed after the other typical notes about preparing dinner for your family.

In a pinch, if I don't play the pizza card, it's usually taco night!

    Take care,
