Yesterday I had too much coffee and not enough sleep after a late night of working on taxes (what's new, right?) BUT I ended up having a very productive day and was also able to spend time with friends.

After I dropped all of the kids off at school I began my day with meeting a representative for a fundraiser that we are doing at the Grade School, and had coffee with her in town. I then zipped back to Noah's preschool where he had his Valentine's party

When preschool was over we drove to Carlton and met a friend for lunch. She lives in town so we walked downtown and ended up eating lunch at an adorable place called Barrel 47. It was totally kid friendly, but I could also see it as a fun place to be on a Friday night.

After lunch we walked over to the park and let the boys play a while, and then we all got coffee on our walk back to her house.

The rest of the day was filled with cleaning and work, but I'm so thankful that I have the ability to take a couple hours out of my day to do things like this. The boys had so much fun, and I got to practice using the camera on my new phone (HTC Desire EYE, Coral Reef 16GB (AT&T) ).

Now I'm off to get some more work done because tonight I'm meeting up with a bunch of ladies for a dinner/movie girls night!

Here's a link to Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Hoodie similar to Noah's (he's obsessed with it!)

    1. Carlton is only about 7 miles from where I live :) It's a small town in Yamhill County in Oregon that is in the heart of "wine country" :)
