When we moved here 8 years ago, I had no idea just how big
Halloween was in our little neighborhood; in our small town. I’ve since then
learned and become prepared.
We normally keep dinner pretty simply on Halloween, sticking
to a fun Jack-o-lantern pizza or something else creepy and tasty, but I always
like to have a tasty punch and yummy treats to snack on.
This year I’m pretty excited because not only is Halloween
on a Saturday, but it’s also Noah’s last soccer game of the season and my Dad
will be up visiting!
When I stocked up on stuff at Target yesterday, I also
grabbed some of the new Halloween cereals from General Mills: Count Chocula®,
Boo Berry®, and Franken Berry®!
They are going to be fun for our Halloween breakfast
together, and a great addition for my Halloween dessert treats. If you buy all
three boxes you can also use them to assemble this fun Halloween castle that
can be added to your Halloween decor (and great for the kids to play with!).
Here’s a fun blondie recipe that you can use and incorporate these tasty cereals into for your Halloween celebrations:
